This policy explains how Waleed Khan Agency (“we”, “us”) handles personal information on waleedkhan.agency and on the free tools we publish on our other sites. We are a marketing, design and technology agency based in Peshawar, Pakistan. You can reach us at hello@waleedkhan.agency.
Information you send us through the contact form
When you use the contact form on this website, we collect the details you type in: your name, email address, company, your message and, if you choose to give it, your phone number. The form is run by Zoho CRM. Your details are sent to Zoho so that we can reply to you and keep a record of your enquiry. We use them only to answer you and to discuss the work you asked about. We do not use them for advertising or sell them.
Information collected automatically
Our website is hosted on Cloudflare. Like most websites, Cloudflare may record basic technical details whenever a page is requested, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of the visit. This is used to keep the site running and secure. We do not run Google Analytics or any other advertising tracker on this website.
Fonts and third-party scripts
This website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google when a page opens. The contact form loads a small script from Zoho so that the form works. Those providers handle the information they receive under their own privacy policies, which we list below.
Advertising on our tools
This website does not show advertising. Some of our free tools run on separate tool sites and may show advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google AdSense and its partners may use cookies and similar technology, including a cookie that lets Google show ads based on your past visits to these and other sites. You can learn more and choose how Google uses this information at Google’s advertising page. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings, or at aboutads.info. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone or browser settings.
Tool inputs
Our tools are designed to run in your browser. When you enter information into a tool, we do not store it on our servers. Where a tool calls a third-party service, such as Google’s Gemini API for a conversion, your request goes to that service directly, under its own terms. We recommend that you do not enter private or sensitive information into any tool.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the services that help us run this website and our tools, and only to the extent they need it: Zoho (contact form and customer records), Cloudflare (hosting and security), Google (fonts and, on tool sites, advertising). We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep information
We keep contact form enquiries for as long as they are needed to respond to you and to manage any work that follows, and we then delete or archive them. You can ask us to delete your details sooner.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also withdraw consent to marketing messages at any time. To do any of these, email hello@waleedkhan.agency. You can control cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalised ads as described above.
Children
Our website and tools are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and the updated version will be on this page.
